Material Storage System

Liquid Supply System
Function: Provide water and liquid admixture required for mixing concrete.
Composition: including liquid admixture supply system and water supply system. Modern concrete batching plant is usually equipped with environmentally friendly plumbing zero-discharge wastewater treatment system, which is used to filter and classify the wastewater in the concrete batching plant in order to use it for concrete production under certain conditions.
Pneumatic System
Function: Utilizing pneumatic pressure to drive part of the mechanism in the concrete batching plant.
Components: air compressor, air storage tank, air pipeline, oil-water separator, pneumatic components, etc. Pneumatic drive is characterized by low cost and no pollution.
Mixing System
Function: Mix the measured sand, cement, water, additives and other raw materials in the mixer to form the finished concrete that reaches the specified strength.
Composition: The mixing machine is the key equipment, usually adopts double horizontal shaft forced mixer. According to the operation mode, it can be divided into cyclic (also known as intermittent) and continuous; according to the mixing principle, it is divided into self-falling and forced. The forced mixer is characterized by high mixing efficiency, good mixing uniformity and strong wear resistance.
Main Building Frame

Composition: The frame of the main building is steel structure or combination of concrete and steel structure. The roof of the building is used to support the packing materials; the stairs and fence are the walkway for the management personnel to operate; the metering floor supports various metering systems and aggregate hoppers; the lower part of the mixing floor is the passageway for the concrete mixer truck to enter and exit to receive materials.
Control Room
Function: The core part of the concrete batching plant operation, responsible for the operation control of the whole mixing plant.
Composition: It includes control cabinet, cable, on-site electric components, execution control software, etc. The control system usually adopts PLC programmable control system. The control system usually adopts PLC programmable controller or touch screen control system to realize automation and intelligent control.
Dust Removal System
Function: Reduce the dust emission in the production process of concrete batching plant to protect the environment.
Composition: It includes three parts: dust removal when measuring and unloading cement and mixing materials, dust removal when bulk cement trucks add materials to powder tanks, and dust removal when inclined belt conveyor steals materials from aggregate aggregate hopper.
