The charging mode of mobile concrete plant

To skip hopper, it has low cost, general feeding speed, small area and simple structure, therefore, the skip hopper is used for a small concrete batching plant which mixing capacity below 60m3/h. To belt conveyor, it has high cost, fast feeding speed, high transportation distance, high efficiency and low failure rate, it also has dust removal device in the feeding process which with environmental protection performance, therefore, the belt conveyor is used for a large concrete batching plant which mixing capacity below 60m3/h. Thus we may find the point, the mixing capacity of mobile concrete batching plant is relatively small, usually under 75m3/h in common, take all aspects into consideration, the skip hopper type is a better charging method.
