A concrete batching plant can also be set up on site to supply pumped concrete, but hand-mixed concrete should not be pumped. The supply of concrete should be strictly controlled, and slump changes should be paid attention to at any time. Concrete that does not meet the pumping requirements is not allowed to enter the pconcrete ump to ensure the effective operation of the trailer concrete pump.

 

If the pressure of the concrete pump is too high and unstable, the oil temperature will rise. When the conveying pipe is obviously vibrated and pumping is difficult, the pumping should not be forced, and the cause should be found out immediately and eliminated. You can use a mallet to hit the pipe bend, conical tube and other parts first, and slow pumping or reverse pumping to prevent blockage.
 
When blockage occurs, the following methods should be adopted to eliminate:
1, Repeat the reverse pump and positive pump operation, gradually suck out the concrete and return it to the hopper, and pump again after mixing.
2, Use mallet percussion to find out the blockage, and repeat the reverse pump and positive pump operation after the concrete is loosened to remove the blockage.
3, When the above two methods are ineffective, the blockage should be removed after the concrete pressure is relieved, and the blockage should be discharged and pumped again.
 
The hopper of the trailer concrete pump should be equipped with a screen, and a special person should be set up to monitor the feed, so as to avoid blockage caused by the entry of excessively large aggregate or foreign matter. When pumping, the concrete stock in the hopper should not be lower than the position of the mixing shaft to avoid air entering the pump pipe and causing pipe vibration.
 
When the concrete pumping process needs to be interrupted, the interruption time should not exceed 1h. In addition, trailer concrete pump factory suggest that, the reverse pump and the forward pump should be operated every 5 to 10 minutes to prevent the pipe from being blocked due to concrete bleeding or excessive slump loss.
