The work flow of concrete batch plant equipment
The concrete batch plant equipment with mixing capacity of 25-240m3/h is widely used in road, building, bridge, highway, airport and other construction projects. The concrete batching plant equipment can work continuously for concrete production with automatic control system with high efficiency and energy saving. The brief introduction to the work flow of concrete batch plant are:
1. Weighing of aggregate:
The required aggregates include sand and gravel materials, which are transported by car to the factory (requires that the aggregates required for concrete meet the usage standards, or aggregates that have reached the standard after being washed by a stone washing machine), and then are loaded into closed aggregate silos with loaders, A measuring scale is connected to the bottom of the aggregate bin, and the various aggregates are weighed according to the quality ratio. The weighed aggregate is conveyed by the belt conveyor (semi-closed) to the aggregate transition bin, and the transition bin opens to the mixing in the concrete mixer of concrete batching plant equipment.
2. Weighing of powder materials (cement, fly ash, etc.):
The required powder material is transported to the concrete batching plant site area by a sealed tank truck, and then it is driven into the vertical powder or cement silo by a compressed air pump from the tank truck or other conveying device, and the butterfly valve is opened, and the powder material falls into the screw conveyor, and then is conveyed to the scale by the screw conveyor. Weighing with a weighing hopper, the weighing is deducted according to the ratio error of the aggregate. The weighed cement is opened by a cylinder under the cement weighing hopper to slide the butterfly valve into the concrete mixer for mixing.
3. Water weighing:
The required water is pumped into the weighing tank by the water pump, and the weighed water is pumped out by the booster pump and sprayed into the concrete mixer of concrete batch plant equipment through the water sprayer.
4. Weighing of additives: The required additives are pumped from the additive tank to the weighing box by a self-priming pump. The weighed additives are poured into the water tank and sprayed into the concrete mixer through the water sprayer. 5. The mixing host of the concrete batch plant equipment: Aggregate, powder, water and additives are put into the concrete mixer according to the set time. The material entering the concrete mixer is stirred by the double-channel spiral blades on the two mixing shafts reversed each other to make the material squeeze pressure, friction, shearing and convection to carry out violent forced blending. When the mixing time is up, the cylinder of the concrete mixer door opening device will open the door, and the blade will push the mixed concrete to the concrete transit mixer waiting under the concrete mixer. Before entering the concrete mixer truck, take a part of the mixed concrete for sampling test to check whether it meets the requirement. After passing the test, all the doors are closed and the door enters the next mixing cycle.
